All images created using Burning Gates services belong to their respective author(s). The image author is the copyright holder. By using Burning Gates to create work, the image author has agreed to allow the Burning Gates to display their work through a non-withdrawable and non-transferable permission to publish.
You must have written permission from an image author in order to use their work. This extends to models who the author used and permission from owners of any characters depicted that hold a trademark, copyright, or license. Without express written permission from the author, you may not:
- Sell prints or media created by and then taken from this website.
- Redistribute modified versions of images found on the Burning Gates, onto other websites or other online or offline media outlets.
- Redistribute images from this website as your own to another website or any other online or offline media outlets.
- Sell prints, distribute or claim ownership of an entire collaborative drawing created between yourself and other artists (you must have permission from all contributing artists).
- Adapt work on this site from one medium to another (such as a series of images to a book).
- Modify, alter, or edit any creative work found on this website.
